SHEQ Advisor Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire Salary: Up to £40k depending on candidate experience (+ company car/van) Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid Hours: 45hr week, 7.30am 5.30pm (3 days onsite, 2 wfh) Project Partners are now recruiting for a SHEQ Advisor to come and join an established team in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Purpose of role: The SHEQ Advisor will be responsible for providing support and advice on all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality, meeting legal, regulatory and company standards and helping deliver a culture of continual improvement. SHEQ Advisors are responsible for providing assurance on site and supporting the SHEQ Lead to deliver SHEQ objectives for the business. Responsibilities: Produce reports on work/projects/activities carried out. Keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of legislation and any developments that affect the industry. Act as a role model at all times in support of the company s vision, priorities and values. Deliver learning bulletins, toolbox talks and safety alerts about SHEQ issues. Carry out DandA testing as required (training provided). Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with procedures, laws and guidance.
