McM is exclusively supporting a leading international main contractor to appoint an EHS Advisor for a flagship data centre development in London. Reporting to the Project EHS Lead, you will play a key role in driving a positive health, safety and environmental culture across site, ensuring the highest standards of compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities Providing practical health, safety and environmental advice to project teams. Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of company EHS policies and procedures. Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reporting. Completing risk assessments and investigating incidents where required. Delivering toolbox talks and supporting workforce training initiatives. Working closely with subcontractors to ensure compliance with site standards. Promoting a proactive safety culture across all levels of the project. We want to speak with candidates who have: A qualification in Health and Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline. At least 2 years'' construction EHS experience.
