Senior SHEQ AdvisorManchester Circa 57,000 + Car/Car Allowance We''re supporting a leading design and build contractor in the water sector to recruit a Senior SHEQ Advisor, supporting project delivery across the UU region. Reporting into the SHEQ Framework Manager, you''ll work closely with project teams and clients to strengthen assurance, leadership and performance.The successful Senior SHEQ Advisor will:Provide senior-level SHEQ advice, driving a proactive, high-performing safety culture across projects and teamsSupport the development and implementation of policies, procedures, management systems and risk controlsPlan and facilitate SHEQ assurance activity, including audits, inspections and compliance checksLead and support incident/accident investigations, ensuring robust corrective actions and learningThe successful candidate will have:Strong knowledge of UK HandS legislation, CDM Regulations, HSE guidance and statutory requirementsProven construction sector experience, confident engaging and influencing at all levelsNEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)Experience with externally certified management systemsFor further information and to apply please contact or (phone number removed).Irwin and Colton are a specialist Health and Safety recruitment company, based in the South East of England we recruit across the UK.
