Trainee SHEQ AdvisorLocation: Essex, Kent and SurreyPosition: Trainee / Entry LevelSector: ConstructionWe are currently recruiting for a Trainee SHEQ Advisor to support construction projects across Essex, Kent and Surrey.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in Health and Safety / SHEQ and gain practical, hands-on experience within a busy construction environment.The successful candidate will work alongside experienced SHEQ and site teams, receiving support and guidance while developing their knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality procedures across live construction sites.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with SHEQ activities across multiple construction sitesSupport site inspections, safety observations and close-out actionsAssist with incident and near-miss investigationsSupport RAMS reviews and compliance checksMaintain SHEQ documentation and site recordsWork closely with site teams to promote safe working practicesSupport the implementation of company health and safety proceduresDevelop knowledge and experience of construction SHEQ requirementsAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about developing a career within Health and Safety and the construction industry.Ideally, you will:Have completed or be working towards a NEBOSH qualificationHave a genuine interest in Health and Safety and constructionBe willing to learn and develop within a site-based environmentHave good communication and organisational skillsBe ..... full job details .....
