Sheltered Scheme Manager

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Scheme Manager on a 2 month contract situated in North Manchester

This will involve covering a Sheltered Scheme in North Manchester

The role as Sheltered Manager will involve:

- Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme

- Managing Compliance processes

- Supporting residents with Income issues

- Completing Heath and Safety checks

- Morning Calls

- Support Plans

- Risk Assessments

- Managing voids

Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing/or Social Care experience

To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check
