Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, you will play a vital part in fostering a positive culture, driving continuous improvement and supporting innovation and efficiency to help achieve the organisation''s strategic goals You will ensure the provision of high-quality services, effective risk management, and full compliance with health and safety requirements; while overseeing repairs and planned works to ensure they are completed to a high standard.
