Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for 2 Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisors in the New Malden area. One Full Time circa 40 hours One Part Time circa 15-30 hours This will be delivered between Monday to Friday, This is covering a 6 month secondment period with every chance of extension Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE- up to £20.65 ph UMB The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident s daily needs and sign posting information. There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required. Role Summary: Working with older adults (Aged 55 +) Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is mandatory. Duties include: Welfare checks on residents.
