Shell and Core Project Manager - West LondonAn exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Shell and Core Project Manager to lead one of west London’s most dynamic town-centre regeneration developments in Brentford. Ideal for candidates with a strong engineering background, this role demands someone articulate and capable of seamlessly managing a complex mixed-use development.About the project:Set across approximately 5 hectares of riverside land, the development blends residential, retail, leisure, and community spaces in a modern waterside district.Within the scheme there are wellness amenities, private residents’ club and restored public spaces.The project has already got several awards - Regeneration Scheme of the Year and the Development of the Year title highlighting the developer’s vision and commitment.Responsibilities:Oversee shell and core delivery across multiple plots, ensuring design intent, heritage integration, and quality standards are upheld.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to align progress with phased milestones.Manage contractor performance, risk, and health and safety compliance across this flagship regeneration.Serve as a polished and professional interface between the developer team, sub-contractors, and key stakeholders.Candidate:Professionally trained in engineering (civil / structural)Proven experience in complex mixed-use or high-end residential development, (minimum 5 years).A confident communicator, polished presentation and interpersonal skills reflect your technical competence.Strategic, solution-oriented, and adaptable you thrive in a fast-paced environment.Why Join:Join a development that redefines a West London neighbourhood delivering over 800 homes.Be part of a team behind award-winning achievements and industry recognition, driven by quality and community impact.Excellent perks and benefits as well as career progression.Seniority level
