This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee production activities, support and develop employees, and ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining exceptional quality standards, achieving customer delivery targets, and fostering a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the factory floor.
