Setting Out Engineer - London

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Setting Out Engineer to work for a leading contractor with multiple projects in Central London.

Their projects can range from -10M - -70M involving full build construction from demolition, basement construction and construction of RC Frame.

Setting Out Engineer responsibilities:

• Set out construction works accurately from drawings and specifications.
• Establish and maintain site control points and benchmarks.
• Carry out surveying using total stations, GPS and other equipment.
• Check levels, dimensions, lines and positions on site.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical support to the site team and subcontractors.
• Carry out as-built surveys and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or setting-out issues.
• Ensure work meets quality, safety and project requirements.
• Maintain surveying equipment and complete relevant site documentation.
