We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional to join a dynamic team within the construction, heating, HVAC, or MandE sectors. This role involves providing top-tier customer service by acting as the primary point of contact for clients requiring assistance with service and maintenance scheduling, queries, or issues. The successful candidate will coordinate with engineers, internal teams, and customers to ensure efficient delivery of services, maintain accurate records in service management systems, and contribute to improving operational processes. An essential part of this role is maintaining clear communication with customers, managing multiple tasks effectively, and supporting ongoing service excellence. Experience in customer support, service coordination, or operations support within construction, heating, HVAC, or MandE or another Service Engineering environment.
