Must have strong SOMT (Sales Order Management for Telecommunications) expertise. Hybrid Working 2 to 3 days/week remote (WFH) and the remainder of the time working from the office in London. Paying up to £550/day (Outside IR35). Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a leading Telecoms end client. Start ASAP in October / November 2026. Stong hands-on ServiceNow Architecture + SOMT (Sales Order Management for Telecommunications) expertise. ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture + implementation of ServiceNow Technology Service Operations Management (SOMT) solutions. Defining scalable IT Operations architectures, driving observability, AIOps initiatives + enabling proactive operations through ServiceNow SOMT modules. Strong ServiceNow ITSM, IT Operations + Enterprise Monitoring. Architecture and Solution Design: defining end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned to enterprise IT Operations strategy. Implementation and Delivery: leading implementation of SOMT solutions across large enterprise landscapes, monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch), CMDB data sources.
