Stong hands-on ServiceNow Architecture + SOMT (Sales Order Management for Telecommunications) expertise.ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture + implementation of ServiceNow Technology Service Operations Management (SOMT) solutions.Defining scalable IT Operations architectures, driving observability, AIOps initiatives + enabling proactive operations through ServiceNow SOMT modules.Strong ServiceNow ITSM, IT Operations + Enterprise Monitoring.Architecture andamp; Solution Design: defining end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned to enterprise IT Operations strategy.Implementation andamp; Delivery: leading implementation of SOMT solutions across large enterprise landscapes, monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch), CMDB data sources.Technical Leadership: acting as Technical Authority for SOMT solutions and best practices, mentor developers, administrators + consultants on SOMT architecture and standardsAIOps andamp; ..... full job details .....
