Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 DOE
Location: West Brom
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take the next step in their career within a well-established organisation.

The Role

As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of service engineers and technicians
• Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle escalations where required
• Support senior management in achieving departmental KPIs and targets
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Assist with training and development of the service team

About You

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior service role (ideally within plant, agricultural, construction, or similar industries)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Technical knowledge of machinery or similar equipment is highly desirable
