Service Supervisor

Job Description: Service Supervisor Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 DOE Location: West Brom Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team. The Role As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of service engineers and technicians Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure maximum efficiency Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle escalations where required Support senior management in achieving departmental KPIs and targets Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures Assist with training and development of the service team About You Proven experience in a supervisory or senior service role (ideally within plant, agricultural, construction, or similar industries) Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Technical knowledge of machinery or similar equipment is highly desirable What We Offer Competitive salary ..... full job details .....
