ServiceNow Developer Location: Telford (2-3 days per week onsite) Duration: 6 Months Rate: Up to 740 per day Clearance: Active SC Clearance RequiredOverviewWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation. Working as part of a delivery team, you will configure, develop, test and support ServiceNow capabilities across multiple workstreams, with a focus on HRSD, CSM, Employee Centre, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent and integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM.Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management capabilities.Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys.Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.Support configuration of Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design discussions.Support unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect resolution activities.Produce and maintain technical documentation.Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders.Required Skills and ExperienceHands-on ServiceNow development experience.Strong experience with HRSD.Experience across one or more of: CSMSource-to-Pay OperationsEmployee Centre / Employee Centre ProServiceNow IntegrationsVirtual AgentNow AssistExperience developing case workflows, service catalogues, agent workspaces and portal ..... full job details .....
