Job Title: Service Manager Location: Brighton (This location is hidden due to the sensitive nature of the service) Please note that this service has no step free access. Salary: £38,300 Shift Pattern: Permanent 37.5 hours per week contract, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per resident and service requirements, this includes forming part of our out of hours on call rota for managers. About the Role We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our women''s service based in Brighton. In this role you will support your team to deliver person centred care and support to residents whom reside within our refuge accommodation which includes women and children surviving domestic abuse many of whom are living with trauma. We are looking for someone who really cares about the rights of women and their children to join our Brighton service.
