Service Manager £45,000 Basic £67,000 OTE Company Car Prestige Main Dealership Cambridge Cambridge Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm Our client, a prestigious main dealership based in Cambridge, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager to lead their successful Aftersales department. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Service Manager who has experience managing a busy, high-volume dealership and is looking to join a well-established business with a strong reputation, excellent facilities and a committed team already in place. The department is performing well commercially and has enjoyed consistent year-on-year growth. The focus for the successful candidate will be to further improve workshop efficiency, maximise throughput, reduce repeat repairs, develop the management team and continue building a positive, high-performing culture. This role would suit an experienced Service Manager who enjoys coaching people, driving performance and creating an environment where technicians and frontline staff can thrive. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of a busy Aftersales department. Drive workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability. Work closely with Workshop Controllers to improve job allocation, workshop flow and technician utilisation. Reduce repeat repairs and improve workshop quality standards.
