Service Improvement Advocate Exeter, Weston-super-Mare or Tolvaddon (Hybrid Working) £33,163 per annum 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday Fixed-Term Contract until February 2027 Do you have experience handling customer complaints and a passion for improving services? We''re looking for a Service Improvement Advocate to help drive positive change by resolving complex customer issues and using feedback to improve service delivery.
