Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced, customer-focused IT engineer to join their weekend service desk team. The successful candidate will provide support across on-premises and Azure environments, acting as a key escalation point for critical incidents and changes. A genuine passion for solving technical problems and strong empathy for client needs is essential. The role involves splitting time between customer environment support, project delivery, and documentation, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
