An established client of ours based in Hertfordshire are looking to hire a 1st/2nd Line Engineer.

This 1st/2nd Line Engineer role would be ideal for someone who is happy to work in a small team and be part of a new division of the company, where you’ll get the chance to learn and grow from senior people. The company heavily invest in their technology tools and you will get exposure to a lot in this role. It is important in this 1st/2nd Line Engineer role that you have experience covering a variety of tools like Office365, Windows, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams etc.

 

Experience needed in this 1st/2nd Line Engineer Role:

 

• Experience within a 1st/2nd line role.
• Experience working and troubleshooting issues across Office 365, SharePoint, Teams Azure AD.
