Senior Service Designer - TelcoLocation: RemoteContract Length: 6 monthsRate: 500 per day (Outside IR35) Role ProfileWe''re looking for a Senior Service Designer with experience in telecoms environments to help design and improve end-to-end connectivity services across both fixed and mobile networks.This role is focused on service design, fulfilment journeys, operational processes, and customer experience, rather than hands-on network engineering or low-level infrastructure configuration.The successful candidate will work across product, operations, network, and delivery teams to design scalable, customer-centric service journeys for connectivity products including fixed-line services and mobile/APN-based solutions.
