You will lead service design across complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams, shaping services used by patients and clinicians across England. GDS and NHS experience are essential requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesLead service design activity from discovery through to live across one or more workstreamsPlan and facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and stakeholder alignment activitiesProduce journey maps, service blueprints, and experience maps to a high standardWork closely with user researchers to keep design decisions evidence-ledContribute to alpha and beta phases and support GDS service assessmentsPresent design work clearly to senior clinical and operational stakeholders Essential RequirementsProven NHS or Government service design experience - non-negotiableDeep knowledge of GDS standards and the service design lifecycleEnd-to-end service design experience across multiple phasesStrong facilitation skills with mixed, senior stakeholder audiencesConfident communicator able to present to clinical and programme leadershipExperienced in agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams Apply now or email for more ..... full job details .....
