Sponsorship or fully remote working is not available.The ClientThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established studio known for designing impactful services and driving meaningful change across public and private sector organizations — from transport and health to finance and government.Currently, the team includes Service Design Mid-weights and Seniors, reporting to the Design Director. The team is 5-strong and aims to grow to double figures (including contractors) by next year.This role offers the chance to learn from experienced designers and enhance your Service Design profile through various projects.The RoleAs a mid-weight Service Designer, you will contribute to end-to-end design projects, from research and discovery to concept development and delivery. You will collaborate with the team to create better service experiences for users and organizations.Your responsibilities include:Planning and conducting user researchMapping customer journeys and identifying opportunitiesDesigning and iterating service conceptsFacilitating workshops and co-design sessionsProducing service blueprints, design artifacts, and strategic insightsThe CandidateAt least 2 years of experience as a Service DesignerProficiency with service design methods and tools (e.g., journey mapping, service blueprints)Strong communication skills and experience working in an agency environment (bonus if previously worked in such settings)Comfortable working with stakeholders, running workshops, and presenting workExperience in complex domains (e.g., public sector, finance, healthcare, mobility)A portfolio demonstrating your service design process and deliverablesIf this sounds like you, please apply with your CV and portfolio ASAP to maximize your chances of an ..... full job details .....
