The team is adopting a hybrid work approach and has a track record delivering Government digital standards and awards for a new digital service for the public domain.Responsibilities

Help formalise the government service design approach and develop that offering further.Contribute to the development and growth of the service design practice and culture within the team.Work with senior stakeholders to conceive and launch new service solutions in collaboration with a strong technology arm.Focus on problem-solving and new service development, translating research into ideation and practical solutions.What you will need

Experience as a Service Designer with ability to execute from design research, ethnography, client workshops through to ideation and high-level prototyping.Strong appreciation of interaction design; candidate with an interaction design background moving toward service design is welcome if research and ideation skills are well formed.SC Clearance is preferential.Seniority level
