Job Title: Service DesignerRate: £62.50 per hour inside ir35 Location: Bristol/Hybrid (1 day per week onsite) Contract: 6-month rolling contract Active SC clearance required We''re looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a high-profile Cyber and Security environment, leading end-to-end service design across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling complex problems, bringing people together and turning user insight into services that genuinely work.Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Service Design across the DDaT life cycleCreate service maps, user journeys, service blueprints and ecosystem modelsWork across Product, Engineering, Technology and Policy teamsFacilitate engaging workshops, co-design sessions and decision-making forumsUse research and evidence to shape strategy and influence senior stakeholdersCoordinate Service Design activity across multiple teams and delivery phasesHelp develop Service Design capability and mentor junior designersExpereince required:Strong DDaT Service Design experienceProven Discovery - Alpha - Beta - Live deliveryExcellent service mapping, journey mapping and blueprinting skillsExperience influencing complex stakeholder groupsAgile/SAFe experienceGovernment, Defence or regulated-sector experience highly desirableIf you are interested in this role and wish to apply, please submit your ..... full job details .....
