Service Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a leading global organisation based in Oxford.You ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of maintenance projects, with a particular focus on HEMS, Private and Business and National Resilience programmes.This is a senior role where you ll lead a multi-functional team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standards, while working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.We re looking for someone with: Proven experience in operations, service delivery or complex project managementA strong background in aerospace, aviation, MRO or support contractsExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial awareness and budget management experienceA data-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skillsExperience of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement would be advantageous This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established international organisation in a key leadership position, with an excellent benefits package.Please note: SC security clearance and BPSS checks are required.
