Service Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a leading global organisation based in Oxford.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of maintenance projects, with a particular focus on HEMS, Private & Business and National Resilience programmes.

This is a senior role where you’ll lead a multi-functional team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standards, while working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in operations, service delivery or complex project management
• A strong background in aerospace, aviation, MRO or support contracts
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
• A data-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement would be advantageous
