Service Coordinator
This is a temporay position tha is ongong so please bear this in mind when applying. You will be working 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday - fully office based. You will have an exciting and varied role and cover the following: Sales Support:Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems.Track sales leads, monitor performance, and follow up with clients as needed.Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls between sales representatives and clients.Coordinate sales materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns.Customer Service:Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person.Handle customer complaints, issues, and service requests promptly and professionally.Collaborate with logistics, technical, and service teams to resolve client concerns.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication. You will need: Strong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.Benefits28 days holiday Private medical cover after probationary period.Pension - 3% employer contribution.On-site free parking Close to amenities Randstad CPE values diversity and ..... full job details .....
