This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys coordinating activities, managing schedules, and working closely with both customers and internal teams. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Service Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service visits, supporting engineers, processing quotations and orders, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout their journey.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess quotations, purchase orders, and order entries accurately and efficiently.Coordinate and organise Service Engineer schedules to meet customer requirements and operational priorities.Allocate engineers based on location, availability, and skill set requirements.Arrange travel and accommodation for UK and international service visits, including flights, hotels, ..... full job details .....
