Service Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum Location: Hampshire Job status: Permanent Working hours: 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday 5days office base Start date: ASAP Responsibilities: Coordinating engineers to attend vessels and sites worldwide for product installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support Managing the end-to-end service process, from initial customer contact and quotations through to order acceptance, service delivery, and job completion Handling incoming service requests, identifying and recording common product faults Providing customers with accurate updates and feedback on completed service work Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to support new products and deliver high-quality after-sales service Supporting the development and improvement of procedures for effective service and record management Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, business partners, and distributors worldwide Requirements: Essential Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, IT, computer systems, marine engineering, or a related technical field Strong interest in technology and willingness to develop technical knowledge Ability to understand technical documents and product specifications Good Microsoft Office skills Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Proactive and customer-focused approach Desirable Experience in service coordination, technical support, engineering, or ..... full job details .....
