Service Coordinator (FLT)

Connect Appointments are recruiting a Service Coordinator (Forklift Trucks) to join our client''s Cumbernauld-based facility. This role would be particularly suitable for any Service Engineers from a materials handling background looking to get off the tools.What''s on offer?A full-time permanent opportunitySalary of 40,000 to 45,000 per annum (DOE)Company vehicleNo stand-by or call-out workWorking as a Service Engineer you will play a key role in the successful planning of forklift truck services and maintenance, including:Liaising with site management with regard to required repairs and part orderingLiaising with suppliers, sourcing parts and comparing pricesPlanning service visits to clientsTo be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working with a variety of forklift trucks or similar vehicles, as well as:Previous experience having serviced and maintained forklift trucks (advantageous)Excellent communication skillsStrong organisational and planning skillsHigh awareness of Health, Safety and EnvironmentalInterested?
