Position: Service CoordinatorLocation: Emsworth, HampshireSalary: 30,000 - 35,000 (DOE) We currently have an opportunity available to join the office team within a well-known and expanding plumbing and heating contractor based out of their offices in Emsworth. Due to consistent growth, the office team are looking for a well-organised, friendly and vibrant personality to join their close-knit team and support with scheduling, administration and customer support. Service Coordinator Job OverviewTaking inbound calls from customers within the domestic plumbing and heating sectorEvaluating their needs, which will be a mixture of emergency breakdown repair requests, new boiler installations, and new bathroom fit-outsScheduling the engineers diaries, including job planning, route planning and ensuring that they have all the necessary parts to complete the jobsWorking alongside two long-standing office team members to cover the administration side of the business and any other tasks that need carrying out Service Coordinator Job RequirementsA background within scheduling, administration and customer support, ideally from an engineer/maintenance companyAny experience with scheduling engineers, or experience within the plumbing and heating industry will be highly desirableStrong customer service skills, confident in speaking over the phone and liaising with customers via emailBased within a commutable distance of Emsworth and comfortable working in the office Service Coordinator ..... full job details .....
