Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee phone and admin teams within Service Control
• Manage team performance, motivation and day-to-day operations
• Monitor SLAs, call response times and customer service targets
• Handle complaints escalations and ensure swift resolution
• Plan team availability to meet service levels
• Conduct monthly 1:1s, return-to-work and performance meetings
• Set clear team objectives and timelines for task completion
• Deliver weekly performance reports to senior leadership
• Create and maintain departmental SOPs

What We''re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years'' experience in a Team Leader role within a call centre
• Strong command of call centre tools and performance tracking systems
• High attention to detail and exceptional multi-tasking ability
• Calm, patient and professional under pressure
• Able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve shared goals
