You''ll be responsible for delivering accurate service charge calculations and providing expert support to service charge payers. Working with teams across Southern Housing, you''ll help improve our service charge processes and ensure a positive experience for residents.Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue estimated and actual service charges, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.Handle complex queries, disputes, and complaints, working directly with residents and internal teams.Provide service charge data for First Tier Tribunal cases and attend hearings as needed.Support continuous improvement of service charge processes and resident communications.Share knowledge and collaborate to strengthen the team.About You

Experience in service charge analysis and strong knowledge of legislation and best practice.Highly organised, with excellent numerical, financial, and communication skills.Customer-focused, with experience working with external partners and communities.Must have experience working as a Service Charge Analyst for a housing association or councilClosing date: 01 Jul ..... full job details .....
