A Property Management company located in North London is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Service Charge Accountant. The company specializes in managing Freehold, Leasehold, and Residential Associations, providing award-winning solutions for many years.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Producing full draft service charge accounts.Managing the financial aspects of a portfolio.Liaising with property managers and internal accountants.Attending daytime and evening meetings with clients, RMCs, and residential associations.Training and supervising junior staff within the service charge team.Preparing client management reports monthly, quarterly, and annually (cash flow, budgeting, expenditure, balance sheet, profit and loss).Handling client and lessee queries related to accounts.Managing tax audits by HMRC and NRL (Non-Resident Landlord Scheme).The company offers an excellent salary of up to £40K, along with career progression opportunities and a pension ..... full job details .....
