Client Details An organisation based in Epsom operating within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Description Prepare and manage service charge budgets and accounts. Reconcile service charge accounts and investigate discrepancies. Handle queries related to service charges from stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Collaborate with property managers to maintain accurate financial data. Produce regular financial reports for internal and external use. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation. Support the wider accounting team with ad hoc tasks as required. Profile A successful Service Charge Accountant should have: Experience in preparing and managing service charge accounts. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
