Description

• Maintain accurate rent and service charge records.
• Prepare and issue service charge budgets and statements.
• Assist with rent reviews and adjustments as required.
• Investigate and resolve tenant queries regarding charges.
• Monitor arrears and support the collection process.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
• Collaborate with other teams to provide financial data.
• Contribute to process improvements in rent and service charge management.

Profile

A successful Rent and Service Charge Officer should have:

• Experience in property rent and service charge management.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate of -23.00 to -28.00, dependent on the level of experience.
