We re recruiting for a well-established, family-run business based in Caterham, renowned for delivering high-quality mechanical maintenance services to prestigious residential and commercial properties. Due to the importance of their ongoing service and maintenance operations, they re looking for a proactive and highly organised Service and Maintenance Coordinator to join their friendly team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you ll be at the heart of the operation, coordinating engineers, arranging maintenance visits, liaising with clients and ensuring every job is organised and completed efficiently. You ll play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the company s reputation for quality and reliability. What s in it for you? £30,000 £35,000 salary, depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. Company pension. Free on-site parking.
