Service Advisor / Automotive Service AdvisorLocation: SwindonSalary: £29,(Apply online only)-£32,(Apply online only) FTE, depending on experienceHours: 30-40 hours per weekJob Type: Full Time or Part Time PermanentThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy and growing commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon.This is a customer-focused role ideal for someone with dealership, automotive or service advisor experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.Some technical knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a professional first point of contactBook vehicles into the workshop and manage customer appointmentsManage the workshop diary and daily scheduleRaise estimates and gain customer authorisation for additional workHandle customer enquiries by phone and emailPrepare accurate job cards and paperworkLiaise with Technicians and the Workshop ControllerKeep customers updated on vehicle progress and repair timesPrepare invoices and take customer paymentsIdentify additional work and maximise customer opportunitiesSupport the smooth running of the service departmentMaintain a professional and welcoming reception area Requirements Previous Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Dealership Service Advisor experience preferredPrevious automotive or commercial vehicle experience advantageousStrong customer ..... full job details .....
