Customer Service AdvisorRed Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client''s busy customer contact team on a temporary basis.You will support customers across telephone, email, live chat and social media, answering a wide variety of queries relating to products, orders and installations. You will take ownership of each enquiry, working to resolve questions and complaints effectively while delivering a positive customer experience.Package for a Customer Service Advisor:Salary: 12.74- 13.46 per hour, depending on experience Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
