Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Newcastle Depot. You will provide a courteous and efficient reception service ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will be responsible for R2C, truck service scheduling, MOT bookings in line with the manufacturer''s guidelines and recommendations.You will work closely with the workshop, parts, and sales team.
