Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (On-site)

Contract: 6 Months

Hours: 37.5 hrs/week (Rotational shifts)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our Newcastle team. Requirements:

Essential: Proven contact centre and inbound customer service experience.
