Service Advisor

Role: Service / Parts Advisor Contract:Perm Hours:Days Salary:£35,000 (DoE) Location:Aylesford, Kent What''s in it for you? Including, Asphalt Rollers, Single Drum Rollers, Pavers, Feeders, Planers and Stabilisers. Position Summary: Manage and coordinate all service and parts activities for National Accounts, ensuring KPIs set out in service agreements are being met. Provide regular communication and updates. Provide support for the Service and Parts Team. Main Duties: Response to incoming messages (phone, emails) within time limits set out in SLAs Coordinate solutions with Service Controller and 3rd party suppliers Provide regular updates during the machine down scenario Ensure all documentation is provided in line with SLAs Monitor parts spent and work with Parts Manager on increasing parts penetration Monitor and manage Service Contracts Log quality and technical issues on Internal Ticketing System Provide regular reports on machine downtime, turnaround times, failure types to Service and Solutions Manager Attend regular review meetings Requirements: Experience as a Service or Parts Advisor, Service Administrator, Service Controller or similar role in plant, agriculture or ..... full job details .....
