The Role As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will: Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and welcoming experience. Manage customer enquiries and provide advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs. Keep customers informed throughout the service and repair process. Promote and sell service plans, maintenance packages, and additional aftersales products. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention. About You Minimum 1 year''s experience in a Service Advisor or similar aftersales role (main dealer experience preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills.
