Reporting to the Service Manager, the role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality, premium customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBooking in service, maintenance and MOT workWelcoming customers and acting as their main point of contactLiaising closely with the workshop to ensure jobs are logged, prioritised and completed on timeMaintaining accurate administration and strong daily organisationWorking to manufacturer standards, KPIs and departmental targetsIdentifying opportunities to upsell products and servicesSupporting colleagues and contributing to a professional team environmentWhat skills they are looking for Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role Strong communication and organisational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentGood IT skills and attention to detailPassion for delivering an exceptional customer experiencePackage and BenefitsMonday to ..... full job details .....
