Automotive Service Advisor (No Weekends)Andover, Hampshire 33,000 per annumMonday to Friday - No WeekendsWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy Automotive Service Centre in the Andover area.This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and organised individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced aftersales team.The RoleAs a Service Advisor, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring repairs and servicing are managed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the main point of contact between customers and the workshopBooking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairsPreparing job cards and customer invoices accuratelyOrdering and coordinating vehicle parts required for workshop jobsLiaising with suppliers regarding parts availability and delivery schedulesManaging customer queries and resolving issues professionally and efficientlyMaintaining accurate records using internal systemsWorking closely with other departments to minimise vehicle downtime and maintain operational efficiencyAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Previous experience as an Automotive Service AdvisorExcellent communication and organisational skillsThe ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectivelyStrong IT and administration skillsA professional, ..... full job details .....
