We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy Automotive Service Centre in the Andover area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and organised individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced aftersales team.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring repairs and servicing are managed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Preparing job cards and customer invoices accurately
• Ordering and coordinating vehicle parts required for workshop jobs
• Liaising with suppliers regarding parts availability and delivery schedules
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records using internal systems
• Working closely with other departments to minimise vehicle downtime and maintain operational efficiency

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
• Strong IT and administration skills
• A professional, approachable, and customer-focused manner
• Automotive industry knowledge (preferred)
