Duties of a Service Advisor:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience, ensuring professional and positive interactions.
• Efficiently schedule vehicle repairs and services, maintaining clear communication with customers and workshop personnel.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within company systems.
• Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations to maximise workshop revenue.
• Provide regular, transparent updates to customers regarding vehicle progress.
• Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training sessions.
• Build long-term customer relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service.

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems such as Kerridge, Keyloop, or RTC is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to engaging customers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential.
• A motivated, personable attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop within the role.
