The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service journey. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle service and repair requirements. Booking vehicles into the workshop efficiently. Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. Preparing estimates and explaining completed work. Upselling additional products and services where appropriate. Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team to ensure excellent service delivery. Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. What We''re Looking For Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential. Experience within a prestige dealership would be advantageous, but is not essential.
